PropertyMe for Investors
On the first of July, The Property Market transitioned to using new software to help us look after the properties we manage, and it has been a huge success! We chose PropertyMe because it allows us more time to proactively manage our clients’ properties and allows us to communicate better with our clients.
The Owners Portal
Our owners have access to an “Owners Portal” – an online space where they can see their properties’ transparent real-time information. In the Owners Portal, our owners can see the current financial status of all their properties, statements and copies of attached bills, all scanned documents attached to their folio, photos and details for their properties and tenancies, a financial activity graph, and information about jobs and inspections (complete with images, comments and any suggested follow-up actions), and more!
This information is available to our owners 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and means if an owner has an urgent question or needs a copy of a document, they have immediate access to it. This ensures complete transparency and provides our owners with peace of mind knowing that their property is in capable hands and that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible anywhere, any time.
Why we love it
The clever automation of our property managers’ routine tasks in PropertyMe – and that fact that property managers can access all data while on site at your property lets our team of professionals spend their time doing what’s important: looking after your property. This lets us stay in touch with clients instead of being stuck at a computer awkwardly juggling various IT tools for navigating administrative tasks. PropertyMe’s dashboard that we see when we log in helps us to make sure that all issues are attended to promptly and with no fuss!
The automated functions in PropertyMe ensure quick and accurate communication; as soon as we book in an inspection, the owner and the tenant are both notified immediately. This is so much better than playing phone tag or sending out a letter and hoping that it gets read in time!
