I just wanted to draw your attention to the excellent service provided by Emma to my brother and me in his recent search for a rental property. I found her to be highly personable with an engaging personality and she acted professionally while being both patient and helpful.
During our initial correspondence Emma took careful note of my brother’s specific needs and budget and quickly found a variety of suitable properties. I especially appreciated that she only notified us of properties that fulfilled our criteria and didn’t waste time with those that did not.
She was highly attentive and returned emails promptly on the same day making me feel that she considered us important clients. Emma was extremely helpful as neither my brother nor I have had the need for an estate agent in decades and she ensured that we both understood the procedure in applying for a property and continually followed up to check where we were in the process.
Due to a change in my brother’s circumstances, he was unable to continue with the application at this time but Emma said that she would continue to look for suitable properties and let us know.
Even though things didn’t work out on this occasion I was completely satisfied with the service provided by Emma and would not hesitate to seek her help again in any real estate matter and would happily recommend her to friends and other family members.
