Gavin was an honest agent!!! Brutally honest at times, but that was something we appreciated & that was the thing that sold the house. He took the time to tell us the realistic price of our home & he backed up his price range by showing us how our home compared with others in the market place at the same time. We had wasted precious time with other agents who inflated the price of our home just to get the listing only to be told a month later that the price needed to come down. I have had the distinct pleasure of dealing with The Property Market real estate company in the preceding three weeks to above date in the successful sale of my 2 1/2 acre rural property at Jilliby. In particular most of my dealings were with Gavin Schwebel, Principal/Director of above company. The advertising program, photography, internet exposure were professional and most importantly, delivered the desired result. Gavin’s sales skills were superb. We only had 2 weekends of open houses and in that short period a successful sale was achieved.
